Cute but deadly. I guess that’s how I’d describe Ein. Well she can be really scary too with her mask on but you’ll eventually sympathize with her because of her situation as Inferno’s top assassin.
I’ve seen Nendoroid Ein on Good Smile’s website before but I’m not really familiar with the anime series (Phantom ~ Requiem for the Phantom) so I didn’t mind that I wasn’t able to pre-order her that time. Then I took notice of Nendoroid Ein again in Chubbybots’ blog. ^^ He posted some really cool pictures of Ein and that made me decide to get her. Luckily my supplier told me that she’s available and she arrived at place yesterday afternoon.
We have an Oriental-inspired lamp sitting around and decided to use this as the background for the shoot. It a few minutes after Earth Hour when we took these pictures. We had all our lights switched off except for this lamp. ^^ Some photos are a little darker than I want them to be but I somewhat like the melancholy and uncertainty that they convey.
Ein comes with her gun, knife, a Teddy bear and an assortment of arms, hands and a leg. I’m not sure if I lost the left hand (which helps her hold a weapon) or if I got an incomplete set because I couldn’t find it anywhere. I decided to borrow Kagamiku‘s hand so I can take a picture of Ein holding both weapons. ^^;
