There may be a lot of people who already blogged about Mio in meido costume but I couldn’t resist posting it here. ^^; I mentioned it here and here that I’d like to see Mio in meido costume and I bet a lot of K-On! fans do so too so Good Smile finally gave us this blushing, super kawaii Mio.

Manufactured by FREEing, this 1/8 Moe Moe Kyun Mio will be released this July with a retail price of ¥7,800. I usually go for girls with weapons when choosing scale figures, I’m not sure if I’ll make an exception with Mio. ^^; The overall design of this figure is quite simple but I think it’s reasonably priced so there’s a chance that I’ll pre-order this one. I’m just worried that I’ll have to buy another figure in meido costume to match Mio. I’m thinking of Alter’s Saber Alter Maid but she might be bigger because she’s at 1/6 scale plus she’s a Hobby Channel exclusive so my chances of getting her is quite slim. Any suggestions?
For now I’ll leave you with this Moe Moe Kyun Mio video from season 1 of K-On! Can anyone say kawaiiiii?! ^^
Filed in figures
She is adorable! If I Will have money in July, I will buy her. I think.. I am a fangirl lol
I’m not sure to order her, cause I already got Mio uniform ver. by Alter and figma ver (of course ^^). So I wouldn’t have many figures of same character.
Thx for video ;)
I’m fan of Yui and not Mio…. but it become difficult to resist to all the released figures to her effigy.^^
I might be tempted…. i just hope the base will be better when released.
For Saber Maid, my advice …. look for eBay sales of Tokyo Hunter ;)
Ah I am one of the few who never watched k on but that short clip was funny :D
Now I know the origins of moe moe kyun ^^ But somehow I might want to get a nendo version of her.
Not buy -_-
Fuck off with moe. Srsly.
@Leonia: Yes she is. ^^
@mikiwank: I like the uniform version too, I think it has nice details especially the guitar.
@Lyli: I like Yui too, I think the Dollfie version of Yui is a lot better than Mio. As for the base, yeah I hope they’ll change it up, it looks like a simple piece of wood to me.
@chubbybots: K-On! is a simple story about friendship, being in a band, it’s very light and funny. Maybe you should give in a try if you like that genre. Nendo Mio is kawaii. I hope you get yours soon. ^^
@Grew: Well I guess moe is not for everybody. ^^;
Hmmm… by Freeing. She looks darn cute here. But, would this be a good buy? Reading from several reviews, Freeing is hard to trust. I don’t know how true is that.
Also, Alter is coming out with another Mio too. So, many Mio(s)… Oh man… I’ll be flooded by Mio before I even realize it…
