Reservations for 1/8 scale Senjougahara Hitagi by Kotobukiya are up.
I guess I can say that Kotobukiya’s version is pretty and her flowing hair and creased skirt added character. Her expression is typical of Senjougahara. I also somewhat like the claw on her base. Making it transparent with kanji markings was a nice touch.

This figure retails for ¥5,780 at Hobby Search. Release date is scheduled in July.

Are you going to pre-order her or are you still waiting for Good Smile’s version which was shown last Wonder Festival? I think I’ll pass on this one because the falling stationery and Senjougahara’s expression in Good Smile’s version are just stunning. Hopefully we’ll see the painted version of that soon. ^^

Definitely going to my preorder list. It’s perfectly well made. Crab claw also defined the figure well. It’s really nice to see a form of movement from these figs as it prevents them from looking like normal statues.
I prefer GSC version for the base and the face expression ^^ But I like the crab on this one xD
I agree with you on that one XD. The falling school equipment rocks XD
Pertinently aware that Koto is never at the top, i’ll wait for a Alter or GSC version. ^^
I suddenly want crab salad.
Hi Exteen. I slept less than 2 hours last night. I feel awful! No idea why I’ve had insomnia lately. Maybe it’s ’cause I’m working on a webcomic – but I’m not even working that hard on it.
she looks very beautiful, but not on my get list. looking forward to see GSC ver painted and any new Senjougahara figures that might come flooding in ^^
